Who We Are

CommissionStack is operated by Donald Budge. We offer business creation packages and affiliate education content designed to help small business owners launch and grow their online ventures.

By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you're unsure about anything, reach out before purchasing.

Our Services

We offer four service tiers:

Starter Package — $500

Website development with fundamental affiliate setup. Delivered within 72 hours of purchase.

Pro Package — $1,200

Enhanced business creation package including trademark name research and NWRA filing preparation. USPTO filing fees (if applicable) are your responsibility and typically range from $250–$350 per class. Delivered within 72 hours.

E-commerce Package — $1,800

Full online store setup and launch. Delivered within 72 hours.

Custom Package — $3,500+

Bespoke business creation tailored to your specific requirements. Delivery timeline agreed upon at time of purchase.

Payment & Order Process

Payment is collected at time of purchase via Stripe. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.

All prices are in USD and listed clearly before you checkout. We don't add hidden fees.

Your purchase includes access to Polsia, our parent platform, for ongoing business management and automation. Polsia subscription fees are separate from your CommissionStack package and are your ongoing responsibility once the initial purchase is complete.

Your Responsibilities

After your package is delivered, you are responsible for:

• Affiliate partnerships: Building and managing your relationships with affiliate programs — we help you get set up, but ongoing affiliate management is yours.
• Polsia subscription fees: Your CommissionStack package includes initial Polsia access. Ongoing platform fees are your responsibility.
• Domain and hosting renewals: If your package includes these, renewal costs fall to you going forward.
• Content and compliance: You are responsible for the content you publish and ensuring it complies with applicable regulations, including FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate content.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• You request a refund before we begin work on your order.
• We fail to deliver your package within the stated 72-hour window (after giving us a reasonable chance to make it right).

Refunds are not available once work has started on your order. If you have concerns about quality, contact us — we want to make it right before you leave.

Stripe handles all refund processing. Typically, funds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Limitation of Liability

We build your business foundation — we don't guarantee specific affiliate earnings or business outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control: market conditions, your effort, affiliate program performance, and third-party platform changes.

To the extent permitted by law, CommissionStack is not liable for:

• Lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities
• Changes to affiliate program terms, commission rates, or payout structures
• Issues with third-party platforms, hosting providers, or payment processors
• Trademark application outcomes — we prepare your filing, but the USPTO decision is outside our control

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific package giving rise to the claim.

Ownership & Code Transfer

Once your package is paid in full, you own the deliverables we create for you — website code, setup configurations, and related materials.

Code created during your project is yours. We retain ownership of reusable frameworks and tools we develop independently, but your specific project work belongs to you.

We may use similar structural approaches across multiple clients, but we don't copy client-specific content or designs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and note the change on this page.

For significant changes, we'll try to notify you via the email associated with your account. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
